I charge 50% of the appointment total for same day cancellation/ no-show appts and appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hr notice are extremely hard to fill with short notice and will incur a fee of half the service total cost to the card on file. Deposits left towards hair extension orders are non-refundable and deposit is forfeited if client cancels after the extension order is placed/appointment is booked. Initial $15 Extension consultation deposits can be transferred towards future color services if the client decides not to go forward with extension services. Repeated cancelling or rescheduling =no future appointments. Appointments are subject to cancellation/loss of deposit if the client is more than 10 mins late*
